What 2025 taught me?

What a year 2025 has been! A year of change + flow.
There is a reason why I decided to facilitate workshops called "how to cultivate flow" and "how to navigate change" this year. Those themes deeply resonated with me.
Change
Change showed up by selling my condo, buying a house, moving in a temporary location while renovating my whole house, living in a new neighbourhood which meant finding a new gym, and the list goes on.
Change is also something that I got to experience on a personal level and from a self-growth perspective. I graduated from a Life & Wellness Coaching certification, I started coaching at work, I facilitated my first group coaching workshops at yoga, I invested in a mentor and so on..
Flow
Flow which started more as a guide back in 2024, became a way of being or attitude for me to cultivate in 2025. It allowed me to soften, be more fluid and work on being in alignment. More of the going inward work such as my inner dialogue or reactions. Especially in a period where so much was out of my control.
Flow also showed up in me attending my first yoga retreat in Costa Rica. It was a magical experience that brought in beautiful new connections into my life.
What did 2025 teach me?
This is what's coming up when I reflect on the year:
✨Saying you are okay being alone and truly feeling it are two different things.
✨Living in your heart is scary but so much more magical than living in your head.
✨Stress can't always be avoided but it's about acknowledging it and finding ways to flow through it.
✨Being versus doing is hard and requires a lot of practice.
✨Putting yourself out there is both scary and rewarding.
✨Investing in yourself is such a gift.
✨Mindset, mindset, mindset!
✨Getting strong can be fun.
✨It's all about connection.
✨Dream big!
A mix of lessons, new nuggets and reminders that I was supported through it all.
Definitely a list I want to carry forward.
What did you learn this year? What did 2025 teach you?
