A CREATIVE RESET FOR PLAY

JESSICA + MELISSA

November 14, 2026 | Saturday 9am-12pm

Come remember what lights you up.

As the days get darker and we naturally slow down, it can be easy to slip into routine.

This workshop is an invitation to do something a little different. To step out of your usual rhythm. To get curious. To create. To be a little silly.

To remember what it feels like to play. Because play isn't something we outgrow.

WORKSHOP HIGHLIGHTS

We'll explore what play means to us now, what gets in the way of it, and what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to be curious, creative and a little less serious.

Through journaling, reflection, creative exercises and playful prompts, we'll experiment rather than simply talk about it.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

  • You feel like life has become a little too serious lately.

  • You miss doing things just because they're fun.

  • You want to reconnect with your creativity.

  • You spend a lot of time in your head and want to experience something different.

  • You'd like to try something new, without needing to be good at it.

  • Or maybe you don't have a particular reason at all.. you just want to come play.

YOU'LL LEAVE WITH…

  1. A fresh perspective on play.

  2. A few ideas for bringing more curiosity and creativity into everyday life.

  3. And a simple practice to help you make space for more of what lights you up.
